Shipping Policy

We offer two options to deliver our handcrafted creations - 

Local Pick Up

All items sold by us are available for local pickup at our Natick, MA location. When you place a Custom Cakes and Desserts order; or a Shop Online order with Pickup as a shipping option, please select the day and time window when you would like to pick up your order.

UPS Delivery

Shop Online orders can also be shipped via UPS or USPS (except as noted) directly to you. We can currently ship orders to customers in contiguous United States only (not including Alaska, Hawaii and off-shore US Territories).

The time it takes us to ship your order depends on the order size. Orders once received are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. We ship orders on Monday-Thursday only (excluding holidays). To make sure you receive your treats fresh, orders are not shipped on Fridays since packages are held in transit over the weekend. Any order with a two-day travel time will ship out Monday through Wednesday only.

Package delivery estimate should be calculated from the time your order is ready for shipment (not when you placed the order). When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a package tracking number.

We ship all orders via UPS or USPS. Please select the correct shipping option at Checkout based on the information provided below - 

1. For customers in New England (MA, CT, RI, VT, ME, NH), New York and New Jersey - orders are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS Ground shipping fee for delivery in these states is flat $14.99 for all orders. An order once shipped is delivered within 1-2 business days (1 business day to the areas shown in yellow in UPS Ground map below. If you live in the areas colored in brown in NY or NJ, your package will arrive in 2 business days).

2. For customers in PA, DE, MD, DC, VA, WV, OH, IN, KY, NC, SC - orders can be shipped via UPS Ground (2 business days). UPS Ground shipping fee for delivery in these states is flat $14.99 for all orders. An order once shipped via UPS Ground is delivered in 2 business days.

3. For customers in the rest of the country (outside the states listed in 1 and 2 above), orders can be shipped via UPS or USPS 2 Day Air.  Shipping cost for 2 Day shipping options are not flat rate. Live carrier calculated shipping rates will be provided at checkout based on - your destination zip code, whether or not you're shipping to a residential address or a commercial address (commercial addresses are less expensive) and the weight of the package being shipped. Please select the shipping option which best suits your needs.
