Shubham is a mom, wife, baker and the founder of Shubh Kitchen, a Boston area based business famous for its egg free baked goods. Shubham (Shubh) started her journey from her home kitchen with a goal of making a delicious egg free cake for her daughter’s 1st birthday. Her family has followed a strict lacto vegetarian diet and that is how she came up with the idea of egg free baked goods. A self taught baker, Shubh turned her passion for baking into an opportunity to connect with others and make people fall in love with her signature treats. In 2017, she started her website www.shubhkitchen.com to bring her creativity to life and delight customers with her unique egg free recipes she has developed over the years. Shubh Kitchen now has also opened its new commercial egg free baking facility in Natick Massachusetts to serve more retail and wholesale customers.
