Do you have a store front?
No, but don’t let that stop you from enjoying our delicious baked goods. You can order online for Local Natick Pick Up on our website. We also wholesale our delicious baked goods to several specialty grocery stores in New England.
Where is Shubh Kitchen located?
Our commercial baking facility is located at 179 W Central St, Natick, MA.
Allergy
Are products sold by Shubh Kitchen nut free?
Most of our products are nut-free. Products which do contain nuts are marked on our website to indicate nut ingredients. Note that our products are prepared in a kitchen that also handles nuts. Please see our Allergy Notice for more information.
Does Shubh Kitchen offer egg-free or vegan products?
Yes! All our products are egg-free and we also offer vegan products. For other dietary restrictions, please call or email us with the products you need and we will advise you if we can meet your dietary requirements.
Does Shubh Kitchen have an ingredient list?
All products sold by us come with an ingredient label attached to the box. If you would like, we can also email you the ingredient list for a specific product.
Custom Orders
What is a custom order?
Custom orders are designed, baked and decorated as per your theme/design specifically for your special occasion. We provide custom designed handcrafted cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, cookies and other baked treats.
What cake/cupcake flavors does Shubh Kitchen offer?
We offer several delicious flavors. Please check out our Flavors, Pricing and Serving Guide for details. If you don't find a flavor you are looking for, please email us and we will do our best to help you.
How can I place an order?
Please email or call us to place your custom cake, cupcake or cake pop order.
Can you help me design my custom order?
Yes! If you have a design/theme in mind, you can let us know and we will give you ideas to help design your custom order. Or you can also check out our Custom Cake Gallery to get design ideas.
Do I need to place a custom order in advance?
All custom orders need to be placed at least one week in advance of your desired pick up date since it takes us significant time to design/handcraft your custom order.
What type of payment does Shubh Kitchen accept for custom orders?
You can pay us by credit card (Amex, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), cash or check (payable to Shubh Kitchen LLC).
Do you need advance payment for custom orders?
For all orders, we request full payment in advance.
Can I cancel my custom order?
Custom orders can be cancelled up to 4 days prior to the scheduled pick up for a small fee. Please call us ASAP if you need to cancel your custom order.
Shipping Orders
What items can be shipped?
All Shop Online items can be shipped except any noted as Local Pick Up Only.
Where can you ship my order?
We can ship orders to contiguous United States. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
Can I cancel my Shop Online order?
Please call us within two hours if you need to cancel your online order. We will gladly cancel your order and issue you a refund.
How much time does it take to ship an order?
Orders once received are shipped within three to five business days.
How does Shubh Kitchen ship orders?
All shipping orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping fees varies by delivery location. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
When will my shipping order arrive?
Once you order is prepared and ready for shipment, you will receive an order fulfillment email with a tracking number to track your package. After package is received by the carrier, your package will be delivered in 1-2 business days. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
Is my arrival date guaranteed?
Because we use a third party shipping method, we are not able to guarantee arrival dates and times. If you’re planning for a special occasion, we recommend ordering in advance for an arrival date 1-2 days early (ex. - for weekend events, we recommend arrival on Thursday) so you can be worry-free!
Do I need to be home to sign for my Shipping Order?
No! UPS/USPS does not require a signature for our packages, which means that your order will be left at the arrival destination if the delivery person feels comfortable doing so. If the first attempt is unsuccessful, a second attempt will be made usually on the following business day.
Local Pick Up Orders
What items are available for Local Pick Up?
All items sold by us (Local Pick Up items and Custom Cakes/Cupcakes) are available for Natick Local Pick Up.

When can I pick up my order?
When you place a custom order via phone/email, we will advise you pick up time and details.
For online Local Pick Up orders via our website, please select the desired pick up date and time based on options available at checkout. Note that all products are made fresh from scratch for each order. Orders have to be placed two days in advance. Your order will be ready for pick-up in two business days at our Natick facility during scheduled pick hours only.
Please note that orders placed on Friday will be available for pick up after 3 PM on next Monday.
What are your pick-up hours?

Security
Is my credit card transaction secure?
Our Squarespace checkout page is protected by SSL to keep our customers’ credit card data safe and secure. On checkout pages, we’re Level 1 PCI compliant and use 128 bit SSL encryption. When you check out on our website, you’ll see a lock icon in your browser. Your credit card payment is processed securely by a bank and we never see your credit card details. We only receive the last 4 digits of your credit number for your order reference.
Is my personal information secure?

We only use your personal information to fulfill your order, provide you other administrative information regarding your order and provide you with any other information that we believe may be beneficial or interesting to you.
