Things to know
What To Expect: Great baking isn't about recipesâit's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
Classes are 4 hours long.
You will work with other students in groups of 4
Hands-on classes are limited to 12 students
You will be standing, baking and working for most of the class
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
You will enjoy a generous taste of every bake.

Day 1: Baking Basics - Campfire Treats & Creative Cookies Day
Get ready for a deliciously fun day at summer camp! Kids will learn how to bake gooey, golden Sâmores Chocolate Chip Cookies packed with marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackersâjust like a campfire treat! Then theyâll unleash their creativity by decorating sugar cookies with colorful icing, sprinkles, and fun summer themes. Itâs the perfect mix of baking, learning, and sweet summertime fun!
Day 2 : Cupcake Creations Day
Sweeten up summer with a hands-on baking adventure! Campers will learn how to make delicious vanilla and chocolate cupcakes from scratch, exploring basic baking skills like mixing, measuring, and using piping bags. After baking, theyâll get creative decorating their cupcakes with colorful frosting, sprinkles, and fun toppings. A perfect day for young bakers to learn, create, and enjoy their tasty masterpieces!
Day 3 : Cake Pops & Cakesicles Day
Itâs a sweet day of creativity and fun! Campers will learn how to make cake pops and cakesiclesâbite-sized treats on a stick that are as fun to decorate as they are to eat. Kids will crumble, mix, shape, dip, and decorate using colorful candy melts, sprinkles, and more. This hands-on activity builds confidence in the kitchen while letting young bakers express their artistic side through edible art!
Day 4 : Fresh Fruit Tart Fun Day
Bright, colorful, and delicious! Campers will learn how to make fresh fruit tarts from scratch, including mixing and shaping buttery tart crusts, preparing smooth filling, and artfully arranging fresh fruit on top. This activity teaches important baking techniques while encouraging creativity and an appreciation for seasonal ingredients. A perfect summer treat that's as beautiful as it is tasty!
Day 5 : Letâs Bake a Cake! Day
Today, campers become real cake bakers! Kids will learn how to make a full cake from start to finishâmixing batter, baking layers, preparing frosting, and learning simple stacking and decorating techniques. Whether itâs a classic vanilla, chocolate, or a fun flavor twist, each camper will create their own mini masterpiece to take home. Itâs a sweet way to build baking skills and confidence!
